✅ Required Equipment (non-negotiable)
- Pole hedge trimmer (extendable, for tall hedges and trees)
- Weed burner (for eco-friendly weed control on hard surfaces)
- Zero-turn mower – 34-inch minimum, ride-on or professional push type
- Professional jet washer with rotary head attachment for path cleaning (concrete & terracotta)
- One or two pool robots (for efficient daily pool cleaning)
- Trailer (or equivalent) for garden waste removal – must take clippings off-site
- All other tools and chemicals as required (including safety gear, pool test kits, etc.)
Further substantial savings can be made with latest technology pool and lawn robots.
