Following the overwhelming election of Manuel and Ildefonso, the new administrators have finally taken over as of 1st July 2026. The accounts and paperwork were handed over on 26th June and are currently being reviewed.
To be clear, this is not a witch hunt. We have had good times and bad times. What matters now is how we fix things for our futures.
Once the new management fully understands our situation, we can move ahead and make Guadalupe Hills the paradise we all want. There will be many challenges along the way, and we all have to play our part.
As everyone is aware, we are not in a good place. But we are not here to apportion blame—rather, we are here to fix problems, and fix them as soon as possible.
Some of us can contribute more than just our monthly fees (volunteers are very welcome). Others aren’t so lucky as to have time available, and some only visit a few times a year yet still pay every month.
Anyway, now is the time to put the past behind us and work together for a better Guadalupe Hills!
