Announced by the Outgoing President just hours before last nights EGM to appoint our new management team. The revelation of this boost to our finances came as a nice surprise to many owners.
It turns out that a “surcharge” to our monthly community fees that was needed to pay our Lawyer for his work on our claim against the community builder had been continued after the bill was settled and the proceeds put into the building repair fund.
It not clear yet how long it took us to accumulate the €30,000 and what actions the new management will take
