It been a hard few months but at last Fernando, Manuel and Ildefonso are starting to get to grips with their daunting task.
Having a hands on president on site has already paid dividends, Manual has fixed many issues that we wouild otherwise had to pay extra for and/or wait to have fixed.
At last we have managed to get the hugely dangerous overgrown firebreak to the north of GH cleared, sonthong the residents repeatedly asked for
The Illegal and Dangerous problem of faulty fire extinguishers that was first notified to ACV in February has been addressed and the new equipment is being installed as I write this.!!! – This was a Major problem given the high risk of fire in the summer.
The new Administrator has spend a LOT of time going through and recreating ACVs incomplete records, they have managed to recover the emails that were lost prior to the EGM and are working through many of the other problems to ensure we have complete and accurate accounts going forward.
I think we all owe them a debt of gratitude and things are only going to get better…….these are all major problems we have repeatly been told by the previous adminitration can’t be fixed, but now they are!!!
