The answer is obvious. We spent around €51,000 of our budget on the grounds and pools and almost NOTHING on the Buildings we live in!
This is total MADNESS.
Last month I surveyed all the similar apartments in the Manilva, Sabinillas & Duquesa areas.
(The ones that show their community charges on Idealista, it’s not 100% accurate but the fees are and they show the trend). We pay over DOUBLE!!! the average, for what?
Surely we need change….
